TGIF Scoop
presented by Kay Baker & Associates
Hello Again Everyone and Welcome to the 2nd edition of 2007 “TGIF " Scoop.
I
must say it is amazing the number of emails I have received so early in the
year from both buyers and seller who are chanting the same mantra “Should I sell?
Should I buy?” “Should I stay or should I go?”
This
scenario is not unlike others we have faced in the history of our nation. The question is, is the time to sell or
purchase right for you?
Are you currently renting or outgrowing your
existing home? Has your home enjoyed
the benefits of our regional increases in equity and desirability? Have you reached a point in your life where
you wish to simplify and/or downsize?
Do you have children whom you would like to establish a good grounding
in the benefits of homeownership, stability and an investment in their future?
Only
you can answer these questions. And we
at” Kay Baker and Associates” are
here to help bring your decisions
and our expertise together to help bridge the gap between your
vision and your reality. Please
do not hesitate to call myself or any of my professional, highly trained
associates to consult with you concerning the future of you and your families’
real estate investments. We share
deeply your concerns and interest.
And
while you consider the
many options available to you in your real estate investment options, enjoy you’re down time as you explore the numerous activities that Wilmington
has to offer this weekend.
Thank you, enjoy and remember ”TGIF”…..

Top Reasons to Buy Now......
It really is a good time to buy a home now with the interest rates so low. Buyers are in the driver's seat for the time being and can get a good deal on a home. Of course, that depends on days on market, condition, location, competition, etc. If the market picks up in the Spring as anticipated that could change. An ample inventory of homes always means you have more choices and can get better bargains. In addition, some builders and sellers are offering free upgrades, mortgage interest rate buy downs, closing costs and a host of other incentives.
I would like to personally thank you for your time and I hoped you've enjoyed hearing the Scoop.
Please feel free to pass this information along!
Sincerely,
Kay Baker
